My Background
I am someone who has suffered my own mental health story, including many self-inflicted hardships. It is certainly part of why I do this work, and I am in the trenches with you. I am a licensed social worker with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan, a college soccer coach, and a former collegiate athlete. Formerly the Ehrenberg Family Fellow for Athletic Counseling in the University of Michigan Athletic Department. I provided mental health and athletic performance care for up to thirty Division 1 varsity student-athletes per week. Some long term, and some shorter-term care. I have achieved success working with Olympic, professional, collegiate and high school athletes.
My Approach
My passion is to help individuals become masters of themselves and to help them accomplish their goals. I work from a social justice lens to be culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, while utilizing strength-based, solution-focused interventions. I strive to work collaboratively toward clients’ objectives.

Charity
Please visit the non-profit branch of our company, Goals and Glory Foundation. Our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health help-seeking in athletes. In addition, fundraising to award high school athletes with potential grants, for sharing their story of trauma or adversity, and sport, with our online magazine, The Comeback.
Rates
Being affordable - without utilizing insurance - is key to our mission. Prices negotiable based off of income; discounts available for long-term commitment.
General rates:
$85.00/single session and as needed
$150.00/month for bi-weekly sessions
$240.00/month for weekly sessions
$350+ (negotiable) month unlimited sessions and presence at contests
